Please find below all information for sales via agencies during Resort Week – August 2025:
Promotion Period
- From August 5, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. to August 11, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
- Rates will be available on the official link starting August 5, 2025

General Conditions
- Commission for A+Costao agencies: 10%
- Payment: up to 10 interest-free installments on credit card
- Reservations must be paid and confirmed at the time of purchase
- Commission invoice must be issued on the client’s check-out day/month
- Payment will be made within 15 days after receiving the invoice
Availability
- The number of apartments per period is limited
- Promotional rates are not valid for other dates
- Reservation periods cannot be changed
Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Rate
- Guarantees the lowest daily rate
- No changes or cancellations allowed
- In case of withdrawal, the full amount of the reservation will be charged
- Payment is made at the time of booking
