CULTURAL CONTEST REGULATIONS “FOREVER”
PROMOTED BY COSTAO DO SANTINHO – RESORT ALL INCLUSIVE
- ABOUT THE CONTEST
1.1. This contest is purely cultural in nature, exempt from any type of lottery, payment, or link to the purchase of products or services, as provided in Law nº 5.768/71 and Decree nº 70.951/72.
1.2. The “Forever” Cultural Contest aims to encourage the creativity of participants, who must describe a story they would like to experience at Costao do Santinho – Resort All Inclusive, with the theme:
“What do you want to experience at Costao do Santinho to remember forever?”

- PARTICIPATION
3.1. Participation is free and open to any individual, aged 18 or over, residing in Brazil, whether Brazilian or foreign with a valid CPF.
3.2. The stories must be written exclusively in Portuguese – Brazil.
3.3. Participation is prohibited for:
• Employees, collaborators, interns, and third-party service providers of Costao do Santinho and other companies in the group;
• First-degree relatives of the professionals mentioned above.
3.4. Each participant may submit only one original and unpublished story, sent through the official form available on Costao do Santinho's digital channels.
- SCHEDULE
• Official launch: April 28, 2025
• Registration period: from April 28 to May 11, 2025
• Winner announcement: May 23, 2025
- PRIZES
5.1. A single winning story will be selected, and its author will receive:
• 02 (two) nights' accommodation at Costao do Santinho – Resort All Inclusive, in Florianópolis/SC;
• All-inclusive regime for 02 (two) adults and up to 02 (two) children up to 11 years of age;
• Round-trip airfare in economy class for the same beneficiaries, departing from any city in the national territory;
• Ground transfer (round-trip) between Florianópolis International Airport and the resort;
• The prize must be used by the last day of August 2025, subject to resort availability and excluding holidays, special packages, and high season periods.
5.2. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be converted into cash, nor exchanged for another product or service.
5.3. Extra expenses, tours, additional transportation, documentation, and any other unspecified costs are the responsibility of the winner.
- COPYRIGHT AND IMAGE USE
6.1. By participating in the contest, the participant authorizes the free, irrevocable, and irreversible use of the story submitted, as well as their image, name, voice, and testimonials, by Costao do Santinho and other group brands, for institutional, promotional, and advertising purposes, in any media, for an indefinite period.
6.2. The winner agrees to participate in the promotion of the experience lived at the resort, including audiovisual recordings, without any cost to the promoting company.
- DATA PROTECTION
7.1. By entering the contest, the participant authorizes the processing of their personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Law nº 13.709/18 – LGPD).
7.2. The data provided will be used exclusively for purposes related to the cultural contest, including identification of participants, contact with the winner, and sending information about products, services, and promotions from Costao do Santinho and other group brands.
7.3. Data may be shared with suppliers contracted to support the execution of the contest, always respecting security, confidentiality, and purpose guidelines.
7.4. The participant may, at any time, request access, correction, or deletion of their data, through the official contact channels with Costao do Santinho.
- FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. Costao do Santinho reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these regulations or contain offensive, plagiarized, discriminatory content, or infringe third-party rights.
8.2. The submission of the story implies full and unrestricted acceptance of these regulations.
8.3. Any doubts or situations not covered by these regulations will be analyzed by the team responsible for the contest, whose decisions are final and unappealable.
