1. Objective
This Consumer Week Regulation – Costao do Santinho aims to establish the offer and service rules of Costao do Santinho Resort during the promotional pricing period (from March 10 to 16, 2024) and clarify all the important and necessary information for a successful purchase. Promotion not cumulative.
2. Available packages
2.1 Consumers participating in the CONSUMER WEEK 2025 at Costao do Santinho should pay attention to the rules. The number of packages sold is limited, and prices will experience a tariff fluctuation.
2.2 All available packages from the CONSUMER WEEK 2025 at Costao do Santinho include the All-Inclusive System, with all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and drinks, snacks, and beverages included. For more information, visit: http://www.costao.com.br/all-inclusive; 2.3 All package values offered during the CONSUMER WEEK 2025 at Costao do Santinho for stays in 2025 and 2026 are for superior, luxury 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and suites (children aged 4 to 11 years free of charge according to the physical capacity of the room and on selected dates in 2025).
Superior - 1 bedroom (room and bathroom), accommodates up to 2 adults and one child up to 11 years old on an extra bed OR one child from 0 to 3 years old in a crib;
Superior 1 bedroom – Living room, complete kitchen, balcony, accommodates up to 2 adults, 2 children aged 4 to 11 years on extra beds and 1 baby up to 3 years in a crib;
Superior 2 bedrooms - Living room, complete kitchen, balcony, accommodates up to 4 adults, 2 children aged 4 to 11 years on extra beds and 1 baby up to 3 years in a crib;
Superior 3 bedrooms - Living room, complete kitchen, balcony, accommodates up to 6 adults, 2 children aged 4 to 11 years on extra beds and 1 baby up to 3 years in a crib;
Luxury 1 bedroom – Living room, complete kitchen, balcony, accommodates up to 2 adults, 2 children aged 4 to 11 years on extra beds and 1 baby up to 3 years in a crib;
Luxury 2 bedrooms – Living room, complete kitchen, balcony, accommodates up to 4 adults, 2 children aged 4 to 11 years on extra beds and 1 baby up to 3 years in a crib;
Luxury 3 bedrooms – Living room, complete kitchen, balcony, accommodates up to 6 adults, 2 children aged 4 to 11 years on extra beds and 1 baby from 0 to 3 years in a crib;
Junior Suite – Standard hotel room with balcony, near the social area, with a bathroom, whirlpool bathtub, minibar, air conditioning, cable TV. Accommodates 2 adults and a baby from 0 to 3 years in a crib;
Luxury Suite - Complete 1-bedroom apartment, with balcony, near the social area, with dining room, living room, and complete kitchen. Accommodates up to 2 adults, 2 children (aged 4 to 11) on extra beds, and 1 baby up to 3 years in a crib.
Master Suite - Room with balcony, near the social area, mini pantry with microwave and minibar, bathroom, whirlpool bathtub, air conditioning, and cable TV - Accommodates 2 adults, 1 child up to 11 years on an extra bed, and 1 baby from 0 to 3 years in a crib.
Imperial Suite – Complete 2-bedroom apartment, balcony, near the social area, with dining room, living room, and complete kitchen. Accommodates up to 4 adults, 2 children on extra beds (aged 4 to 11 years) and 1 baby from 0 to 3 years in a crib.
- Payment Method: Accepted payment methods are credit card, electronic transfer, deposit, or pix.
CREDIT CARD: Payment can be made in up to 10 installments on Visa and Mastercard credit cards for cards issued in Brazil; if payment is made with credit cards issued outside Brazil, the amount cannot be split. The client will receive a link from the attendant to enter the credit card details, which must be completed within 24 hours of being sent. After this period, the reservation is automatically canceled. ELECTRONIC TRANSFER, DEPOSIT, OR PIX: Payments can also be made via bank transfer, deposit, or pix in a single installment. The bank operation receipt should be sent within 24 hours to the email agente@costao.com.br with the following information: reservation code, name of the purchase holder, and total purchase value. 3.1 Commission invoice should be issued on the day/month of the client's checkout. Payment will be made 15 days after receiving the invoice.
3.2 Commission: Direct Channel and Online Store: 12% and ENAC: 13%
3.3 Reservation requests should be made through the agent channel via WhatsApp (48) 98417 1460 or phone 0800 645 0929.
4. Cancellation policy:
Flexible Rescheduling Policy: Cancellation or changes up to 10 days before check-in (entry date): no cancellation fee; Cancellation or changes 9 days before check-in or less: a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation value.
NOTE: Refunds will be made through a credit letter with a one-year expiry from the cancellation date. The credit letter can be used to discount the value of a new reservation, according to the current rate and availability of the resort.
• Before finalizing the reservation, ensure the names of the guests are correctly filled in, as once the reservation is confirmed, changes will not be permitted. A photo ID will be requested at check-in. 5. Operating hours:
