Purpose
This regulation outlines the terms for purchases and customer service during the Resort Week – Costao do Santinho, valid exclusively from August 5 to 11, 2025, offering promotional rates.
Promotion not cumulative with other offers.
1. Sales Period and Channels
Reservations can be made through:

- Reservations Center: 0800 048 1000

- Travel agents or tour operators
Reservations Center business hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Saturday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Sunday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Online store sales hours:
- Tuesday to Wednesday: 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
2. Available Packages
2.1 Terms
- Exclusive to leisure guests (not valid for corporate events).
- Does not include access to themed events.
- Limited availability and prices may vary.

2.2 Room Types
- Superior: 1 bedroom, up to 2 adults + 1 child (up to 11) or 1 baby (0–3)
- Luxury 1 Bedroom: up to 2 adults + 2 children (4–11) + 1 baby
- Luxury 2 Bedrooms: up to 4 adults + 2 children + 1 baby
- Luxury 3 Bedrooms: up to 6 adults + 2 children + 1 baby
- Junior Suite: up to 2 adults + 1 baby
- Luxury Suite: up to 2 adults + 2 children + 1 baby
- Master Suite: up to 2 adults + 1 child + 1 baby
- Imperial Suite: up to 4 adults + 2 children + 1 baby
3. Payment Methods
3.1 Online Store
- Visa and Mastercard: up to 10 interest-free installments
- International cards: 1 installment only
- If payment is declined, the reservation will be automatically canceled
3.2 Reservations Center
- Payment must be made in full by credit card
- You may use a previously issued credit voucher
4. Cancellation Policy
- Non-refundable policy applies, except as provided under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (right to withdraw within 7 days of purchase).
- Unpaid reservations will be automatically canceled.
4.1 Conditions
- No changes or cancellations allowed.
- Full amount will be charged at the time of purchase.
- Verify all guest information before finalizing.
- Photo ID required at check-in.
- Must present the physical credit card used for payment, along with the cardholder's ID.
5. Support
Our Commercial Department team is available to assist you:
- Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Saturday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Sunday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
6. Additional Information
- Promotional rates and packages are exclusive to Resort Week and do not apply to previous bookings or group reservations.
- Any issues not covered in this regulation will be resolved individually.
